The best PS5 games
After all that, let’s take a look at what I came up with. Below, you will find a list of The best single-player games on PS5 – As voted by you.
30- Cyberpunk 2077 (PS5)

publisher: Red Projekt CD / Developer: Red Projekt CD
After a disastrous PS4 launch, Cyberpunk 2077 may be a brand new game on PS5 after more than a year. CD Projekt Red stuck to its guns, delivering a much improved version of the open-world RPG on Sony’s current console, free from the game-breaking bugs and disruptive issues that plagued the initial release. The result is an unforgettable and often dark futuristic title packed with great characters, intense battles, and some excellent free mission designs. Better late than never!
29 – Metro Exit (PS5)

publisher: deep silver / Developer: 4A Games
4A Games’ Metro Exodus looks like it was meant for PS5, with smooth smooth performance, great ray tracing graphics, and full DualSense functionality. While some of the original version’s flaws remain – those accents! – There is a lot to like about this game on the current generation system from Sony. Featuring plenty of tense story moments and some great atmospheric exploration, this train journey through the Russian wasteland makes for an unforgettable one.
28- A Plague Tale: Innocence (PS5)

publisher: Focus on the interactive home page / Developer: Asobo . studio
A Plague Tale: Innocence is the best kind of surprise: an unexpectedly powerful historical walk with a lovable cast of characters and unique stealth mechanics. The fictional underpinnings may not be to everyone’s tastes – especially since the tale has somewhat of an end to it – but Asobo Studio’s superior use of PS5 hardware, including DualSense, makes it a must-play for fans of story-driven adventures.
27. Sifu (PS5)

publisher: SloClap / Developer: SloClap
Sifu is one of the most impressive martial arts you will find in games. An immaculately presented kung fu adventure, Sifu is a harsh test of reflexes and skill, but in the quest to master its mechanics, you will find the experience very rewarding. A great action title if you’re in the mood for a serious challenge.
Qena 26: Bridge of Souls (PS5)

publisher: Ember Lab / Developer: Ember Lab
This is the first game from developer Ember Lab, and it’s a solid first try. Kena: Bridge of Spirits gets the highest score for its animation and visual flair, but it’s also a very fun platform and action game. It puts us in mind PS2 classics like Jak & Daxter; You traverse a kind of open world environment, collect objects, solve puzzles, and engage in simple but surprising combat. These lovable creatures of rot and some tough boss fights further cement this as a cult hit.
25. Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition (PS5)

publisher: Capcom / Developer: Capcom
We were tempted to quote Vergil’s entire ‘Bury the Light’ theme here, but that would deny us the opportunity to rave about Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition on PS5. Simply put, this is an exceptional action game. It’s Capcom at its absolute best, crafting one of the greatest fighting systems ever to honor the genre. In the special edition, Vergil is the star of the show. Incredibly fun to play as it is immaculately designed. The PS5 re-release also allows for instant load times, a wealth of graphics options, and an amazing Legendary Dark Knight mode.
24 – Rising Tales (PS5)

publisher: Bandai Namco / Developer: Namco studio stories
Bandai Namco hit a big budget with Tales of Arise, and made a great RPG. Set across a wide variety of vibrant locations and boasting a lovable main cast of characters, there’s plenty to like about Alphen’s desperate adventures. As you’d expect from a long-running series, the combo-based real-time combat is one of the highlights – but the twisted story also draws things along to great effect. For our world, Tales of Arise is one of the most powerful Japanese RPG on PS5.
23. Control: Ultimate Edition (PS5)

publisher: 505 Games / Developer: Treatment
Control pushed the boundaries of the PS4, delivering an intense third-person experience—but it’s technically flawed. This trip back to the funky old home feels right at home on PS5, and yet, despite some odd difficulties, Remedy’s unique brand of shooter shines through most of this exciting journey. The oppressive setting, nerve-wracking enemies, and a wonderfully exotic atmosphere really come to life on this current generation Sony device, providing much improved visuals and performance.
22. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS5)

publisher: electronic arts / Developer: Entertainment Repost
One of the best star Wars The games in recent memory are Jedi: Fallen Order, and even better with the PS5 version. The action title charts the adventures of Cal Kestis, a character who undergoes secret Jedi training amid the Empire’s campaign. With a diverse crew, you travel to different known and new worlds, engaging in simple environmental puzzles and highly engaging battles. On PS5, the game takes advantage of an improved frame rate and higher resolution, giving you the best possible shot as you navigate Stormtroopers with a custom lightsaber.
21. Loss of Judgment (PS5)

publisher: Sega / Developer: Yakuza studio
A sequel to the fantastic detective thriller Judgment, Lost Judgment hasn’t quite reached the incredible heights of its predecessor in terms of storytelling and character development, but it’s still a great action RPG. Packed with intense plot twists and carried by an excellent cast, Lost Judgment is a typical Yakuza-style thrill ride — but it’s actually the ridiculous amount of impressively varied side content that drives the Yagami affair in Year Two. The expansive and satisfying combat system is also noteworthy.
